What can you bring to the Staff team?:
Dedication,whilst I’m in BST I can offer events both main and minis for the early guys and use this opportunity to expand the playerbase in earlier hours by generating what may be considered excessive content to keep people on their feet and stop the server being an afk simulator, cycling through different events and activities to produce constant engagement. I’m not saying I’m going to be online everyday but when I’m on I’ll give it 110%.
Experience, I’ve had months of gamemaster experience aswell as staff logging hundreds of hours between servers, I understand what makes or breaks an event and how to get players to really enjoy an event. I understand the limitations of my tools but I use them as efficiently as possible I’ve even made an NPC pack just so I could create more events and I think its great PR uses them! Furthermore I’ve made all my mistakes, I know where I lack and where I excel,
Creativity, I make events which involve genuine RP and there is a logical chain between events and I can articulate it, not shooting simulators which provide no real objective, every event I make is unique and independent of a specific structure.
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
PR is one of the few servers with a genuine passion for creating content and deserves more recognition I want to be apart of a community which is innovative, dedicated and fun to be around. I knew Riddick from LB and the imperial server was in better shape than most alternatives and to see some old friends is nostalgic and something I definitely want to be apart of. I’m critical of my work and able to evaluate and rectify my mistakes whilst this doesn’t directly link to CWRP it shows my character.
Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
The other candidates don’t have the experience, creativity or endurance to be an effective gamemaster and they lack the passion to produce great content.

What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?:
Consistency in engagement, meaning whilst the mission may be heavily ordanced based that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be creating side missions for reconnaissance or breaching, ensuring everyone is included and isn’t excluded because of the equipment they have.
