Hours Played on Server: Game Tracker states ~400 but I believe the real hours are upwards of 1000 hrs.

Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail: No.

Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes state what server, positions and time period:
No.

Do you have experience with Serverguard commands? No.

What can you bring to the Staff team?: I am planning on bringing Immersive events with ambiguous moral issues that will engage players.

Why would you like to join the PR staff team?: I would like to help out the GM team as provide an immersive experience for players both in main events, but as well as in minis, and cert trainings as well.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
The Server is can always use more GM's, that being said I think I'm a good candidate as i've been a part of the community for a long time I have paid close attention to how players react to event types, both main events and minis, I believe I can construct events that will engage the players and give them a positive experience on the server.

Sample event (typed up event script):
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1H8KjMovvtBM50QwpjVIXXDBVTDsmzd3XxLMP1PpHjWQ/edit?usp=sharing

What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?
The use of atmosphere. Atmosphere draws in players to the event. It sets the tone, the pace the troops are willing to go at, as well as helps build suspense that will lead to n appropriate climax to the event.

How often can you be online?: 2-5 hours nightly with the exception of when I have to go OOT for work.

Do you have a working microphone?: Yes

Do you have a smartphone?: Yes

Please state one reference (optional): Dazz

I did not see this coming at all, but holy shit:

Event idea is weird and at times silly, but makes sense and has a thought out sequence of events. The lack of previous experience with both game mastering and server commands in general is iffy, but given his dedication to his other duties on the server (ex. spending hours learning maps just to be more effective using them) I think he has the dedication to learn the many tools PR offers. He is a very active player, and I think would work well with the rest of the staff team.

I met Silint back in March and can say from experience that he would be a great addition to the GM team. From experiencing his pathfinder games I'd love to see what kind of stories he can create on the server with actual assets to use instead of a roll20 board. He's a long-time dedicated player and would work greatly with all the other staff/gm's

Every GM has their start, and I think you will do great as a PR GM, especially with the great assortment of tools available to staff. Go in with confidence and you'll do well. Good luck.

Silint to me has always stood out as a role model for players to look to and learn from on the proper ways one should strive and take on new responsibilities that may "land in your lap".

  • He's shown to be pretty creative on the field.
  • When the need calls for him to take action he does, adapting to the circumstances if need be.
  • In the past he's been known to be very prone to taking on criticism and learning from it.

My points listed above are just a few of the many things I feel that help to make him stand out from the rest of the crowd. All of these qualities would transfer very well into the skills needed of an upcoming GM.

He's dedicated, he's passionate and best of all?

He's no stranger to the way things work here on [PR].

Give him a chance I'd say, the man's moreeee than qualified for the job.

The event is original, and Silint definitely understands the server and is dedicated.

Fuck the IRS
