Paladin's Emblem Animation Doesn't Play

Describe the Bug: The Paladin's Emblem reloads animation where you grab the charm and it says "I am... the bone of my sword" does not play.

How to Replicate (If Possible): Press R with a gun that has Paladin's Emblem equipped.
