What can you bring to the Staff team?:
A set of brand new ideas, along with the skills to test and perform new types of events and tactics for running events, The ability to run more frequent events and to have more support for the events

Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
I've been on the staff team before and would like to come back to help the server improve and grow, I have a natural pull towards being a GM. I like to Make people happy and entertain people as well. I get a Large amount of Joy form doing and making things for servers.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
I have Experience running events for other servers and for PR so i know how the rules and such work. I can come of with events on the fly with no timing and still make it seem unique. I know what should be Exercised and what should be focused on when making event’s and Storylines. I'm decently skilled in PAC3 so i can make unique and different things for events.

even though the apps kinda short I've seen you lead for 2 events today and you did great both times by keeping tabs on everyone, and can't get access to sample event doc due to it being closed.

I don't necessarily got a problem with you becoming GM again, like hell you'd probably be good at it, I'm just more worried about how you would maintain activity. You kinda just disappeared last time you were GM after burning yourself out. I'll change to a +1 if you answer this question.

What do you have planned that made you want to become GM again?

I died out due to having to run events every day, i didn't pace myself when i was a GM and its been a problem with almost every time i am a GM or staff, its something i'm going to be working on if i get accepted, As well as during the time i ran into mental issues and had to get help (dont want to go deeper on it cuz its not needed to be). Along with wanting to be a Gm once more is like i said i love helping and entertaining people, it brings i nice feeling when i do that. PR is a very different and special server and i want to be a member of the team of people that work to make it sustain that special feel to it. Looking back on it i regret not formally leaving to team and i regret not pacing myself as it drove me away from one of the best SWRP servers. With activity im able to get on more then i was and with me having a job and a few AP class's at school i feel it gives me the just right amount of time off the server to where i will still want to play it every day. I hope this answered that and any more questions and thoughts to help me improve are always welcomed

I get that my Activity dropping is a problem but that dosnt mean it wont change, Along with that i will improve that and with the fact that needing time to maybe hone my skills or let people learn who i am only allows them to gain a bias opinion on me whether it be good or bad. But the argument for time is a valid point, tho can be misguided for the reason of it, in the case you are using it in, Yes i know my recent activity isnt good, but that dose not mean it wont change, i know it will soon change and will not be long before it will hopefully suffice your need for time.

Confirming with referance. +1 because ive seen your events before during imperial era, some good some bad. So long as you improve upon then and make sure you keep things interesting. You should be fine. Also look in to using different maps because some arent navmesh properly and/or will crash the server due to amount of props and or units
