Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail: I have been warned. I was doing a sim with Tiger a other naval we were on deployment so there was no Sim room. We did it in the bridge and we got warned and told how to do it the right way.

I do not have experience with Serverguard commands but I'm willing to learn how to use it.

What can you bring to the Staff team?:
I can bring fun events, being active when needed, and putting my best when making events.

Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
I would like to join the PR staff team because I always looked up to the staff team and like how they work things and how I love the server very much and want to give something back to the sever.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
You should accept me over applicants because I won't go inactive right after I post this. I will work every day to get the best events out there and work my ass off until the job is done.

What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?
Talking to each other. If you stay silent both gms may do different thing and start confusing the event and it begins going to a downwards spiral. If both Game masters talk they know what to do and how to do it.

How often can you be online?:
I can be on everyday in weekend before 10, maybe later if needed.

Always has great ideas for events and has many stories that seem very interesting to play out with the character development, RP, and combat.

Along with that, Jim has always brought up the idea that everyone has a purpose in an event or every job should do their RP that is based on their role.

Jim has always shown planning and hard work in his own RP, which also is a great thing for people familiar with RP to do events or mini-events.

As advice though, I would recommend taking more time to type and making sure what you are trying to communicate is understandable to the players, as that can have a negative effect on you and the players.

Confirming reference.

Jim is an active member of the PR community, and his dedication to roleplay throughout the ship and during events is quite respectable. He's always coming up with new ideas as to how events can progress as well as adding his own take outside of the server in order to spark creativity and conversation.

I have no doubt that being given the chance to be a Trial GM would be a great opportunity for him to expand upon the many ideas he is constantly brewing.

+1 Jim is a very dedicated Naval member on the server and his RP is amazing no matter where he's at. I always like to hear his event ideas and just overall enjoy talking to him.
