Are you currently staff on another server?: No (I am still sat in old Discords and Steam groups with a title, but none of my previous roles are current/valid)
Do you have experience with ULX commands?: Yes. I have used ULX for moderation and to assist with events. (I have many a keybind)
What can you bring to the Staff team?:
I have a fair amount of experience specifically in GMOD, and relevant skills and experience outside of the game itself. For example, I ran a Minecraft server, I achieved the rank of LCPL in the Army Cadet Force, and I have spent a considerable amount of time with young people through the Scouts and academic tutoring. I'm good with people and I like to talk. I'm not afraid to tackle problems or admit to my own. I think it's always important to hear both sides of a situation and act objectively but also maintain sensitivity.
I feel I have the beneficial experience, as well as the common sense, attention, and compassion required to staff and assist in a community. I can certainly offer you my time as I am available most if not every day; I run on EST.
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
Most importantly, I have friends on PR and the fundamental reasoning will always be because I enjoy it here. I also have a huge appreciation for the skill and dedication of the existing staff. I have seen other 'competing' servers, and I can confidently say PR is unmatched in its enthusiasm, community, and quality of both server content and events. I love being a part of this project simply as a player; I would be delighted to have the opportunity to give back to the server in a more meaningful way.
Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
I do not submit this application seeking power. I don't take any gratification making people feel small or beneath me, but rather from being an active and valuable asset to the team. I can offer you my time, my attention, and any other assets that may be helpful. I am always open to assist however I can: I'm no GM but I've helped out before; I've even created graphics and documents for previous servers. I legitimately want to be helpful and have a good time with others. I suppose, above all, I can offer you my honesty and enthusiasm.
How often can you be online?: I can be online every day. Any obligations to work finish at 5 pm EST.
