Warned x1 - For Minging, I don’t know what happened for this one it could have been like 8 months ago.

Kicked x1 - It was a pilot misunderstanding during an event but Doppler and I worked it out.

• I’m already a certification trainer and have all the certs which would allow me to help new players.
• I am very dedicated to the server, and try to give it my all on anything I do.

Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:

• Out of all the servers I’ve played on and staffed on, PR has been easily the most exciting server I’ve played, and I would like to join the team that makes everything run smoothly. Becoming staff would also allow me to more effectively host certifications. I also want to host SIMs and different types of training for the 21st.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?:

• I have lots of experience staffing on previous servers, so I know when to ban, kick, etc. Why’ll I can be mingy at times and not make the best decisions it is something I can control and I can be serious when needed to. I am also a quick learner and if there is anything I need to unlearn from previous servers I have staffed on I can do so.

How often can you be online?:

• It depends on how much I’m working but probably around 5-7 days, For ~3 hours each day.

We have had issues lately of more and more people being mingy so if your applying for staff you can’t be like “oh I’ll mess around and then be serious sometimes”. That line is an issue for me.

I wrote that badly, what I meant to say was that a month or two ago when 21st was first starting out, I was pretty mingy, but I've since worked on cleaning up my act. I'm no perfect person, and didn't want to make myself out as one.

The idea of him being mingey at times is something a lot of the staff members currently on our team are doing so its unfair to hold him to a standard that isn't enforced on our staff team. You can't really help people from dickin around sometimes, but the line is definitely drawn during events, I can't say that 21st has shown this incompetency during these events and I believe that Iken would make a good moderator on the staff team as having a person who knows when it's ok to dick around and when it's required to be serious is a great skill to have.

Saying you can be mingey at times isn't a great thing to put in your app, granted, as Rough said, a lot of staff have issues with this. As well as I have had you do dumb stuff in my events before(remember that LAAT incident?).
The bigger issue I have is you seem to mostly just want to make SIMs for 21st, and care less about helping the server as a whole.

You're still not great at being serious. Rough brought up the point of some of the other staff members not being serious while on ship, but that's not an excuse to not act serious. Even if some of the people fail to meet the standard, there is still a standard to be met. You shouldn't be an idiot just because someone else is being an idiot too.

Before you disregard me for being his CO, let me make my point. Iken has been with me since I remade the 21st, since October 16th he's stuck with me through thick and thin always remaining a reliable asset to the 21st, as an XO and as a leader. Through it all, he's put up with quite a bit that would make even the most patient of people impatient.

With that being said he's had his fair share of controversy. From being mingy by his piloting background to apparently not taking his position as an XO seriously, I doubt all of it. I've seen Iken on different servers and when put into a position of authority he takes that position very seriously, and as his CO he's proven that to me personally. I think if he were made Staff this part of him would be able to shine a lot more. And if he's being too mingy, he takes criticism quite gracefully.

All I'm saying is give the guy a chance, he's on almost every day and yeah he can minge from time to time but don't we all? It's a videogame, you can't be expected to be serious 100% of the time.

A bit late but it appears to still be up, stating that you are mingey from time to time may be an honest statement, but not something you should add into your application. This app is a way for you to sell yourself as a good member of the staff team, not highlight your negatives, this coupled with the passive-aggressive vibe I always get from you is why I have -1'd this.

Everyone can be a minge but It shouldn’t be the foundation and just because other staff do it that also shouldn’t make it okay. It’s not unfair to hold him to that because there have been many past applications denied because of how someone acts on the server no one gets special treatment. Plus before he was part of 21st he was part of 501st in March around 10 months ago and still was a minge then. Besides that you want to become a staff but I never really see you do basic NCO duties such as FM’ing or SM’ing during events. Thats all I have to say seeing I don’t interact with you.

Just wanted clear some things up. 10 months ago is a long time and between that time in 501st and when I came back and joined 327th several months later I hadn't played.

FMing and SMing, isn't my choice. I would do it more often if I could but I don't get picked for it very often.
