Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
Project Renegade for a long time has been an outlier server for me. For the time it's been up you would expect to see glaring issues with it, though I have yet to come across one. Its staff team is consistently pushing the limits of what can be done, and I want to be a part of that.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
I bring years of staffing experience in not only Garry's mod but also other games onto the table. I have slowly but surely refined myself to be a (hopefully) exceptional candidate with every server I've become a staff member on. From large servers like Prominent Gaming and Lunar networks to personal projects like my own Protocol Aura, I've been a Gamemaster, a Staff Member, and an Owner.

This allows me to have a perspective on all aspects of the server, not only from a Support Staff standpoint but also from the view of a Gamemaster or a Management standpoint, I've seen it all.

How often can you be online?:
I am available pretty much every day as long as it does not stretch into the night or early mornings, as I am frequently called in to work overnight and I have to sleep in the morning.

+1 You’ve managed to keep 21st alive, along with being a cert trainer. I think for both those jobs it’s somewhat necessary to be staff in order for it to be done effectively. On top of this, you’ve been very dedicated to the server

Holiday is a very dedicated, wise, and overall helpful member of the server. It shows in the way he presents himself and his wisdom shows in his ability to run 21st. I believe Holiday becoming staff is a step he can take in expanding 21st to be a more independent entity and he would be a very helpful member of the staff team just from his drive for efficiency and will to help others.

Holiday is consistantly responsible and active on the server. He is an active cert trainer, and has proved to be one of, if not the best 21st leads we have had to date. Having him on staff would not only help his battalion, but the server as a whole.
