Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail: No.
Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period: No, I have none on Gmod. Still, even if not a part of the question I'll take some liberty in saying as this falls around the line of administration and group coordination in general.
I will not lie, the culture culture of a group does affect heavily on the way you work with the people in it and how you manage your way around certain situations, and that will be quite a challenge if I get past this application, and I know this will be just the start. Still, in my personal life I have leaded a Philantropic group of around 60 boys from 14 to 21 years old and organized events throughout our city with the objective of helping the most needed non-governmental organizations that had the sole purpose of doing the best for others, but also events guided on ourselves, such as to round the other groups that shared our ideals to meetings and festive events.
Other than that, so I don't absolutely lose focus of the question, I have also been administrator in a still active FiveM server (Brazillian one) which I have been with since the very start, until it's present fame (when I left for lack of interest in the game we were getting mostly constant lines of 3-8 players all day trying to enter the server). This is the only community still alive that can vouch for me as I still have contact with the owner and he actually speaks english, but is definitely not the only one I have assisted.
Are you currently staff on another server?: No.
Do you have experience with ULX commands?: Some from friends showing me around, but I am a fast and active learner.
What can you bring to the Staff team?: I hope I can bring balance (to the force) enforcing the rules when seen fit, since most of the staff team are dead in bed when I come home (it's very early to most of them) and hop on and I usually end up reporting the wrong things that happen during those hours, having almost to no power to control or preventing them from happening myself, other than talking and explaining things out, that is always my FIRST approach.
Jedi wise, since it is my main and only role in RP, I would be independent to create a better environment for jedi activities, with better immersion for the initiates/padawans and Knights alike, myself included since immersion and RP itself are things I hold dear.
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?: I wish to join the staff team because during the time I've been here I have made this community a part of my daily life, and I want to be a part of making it better each day that passes on.
Why should we accept you over other applicants?: This answer will not be personal as I will not take into account any of the other applications still not accepted in this forum, but still, "In my book, experience outranks everything"(Captain Rex, CT-7567), and I have loads of it.
How often can you be online?: Most of the staff knows my log time since I've had issues in my early days because of medschool, but in my time zone I will be on between 18:30 and 23:00 ALMOST everyday, since some days I have duties on times that I can't control.
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes, sir.
Do you have a smartphone?: Yes.
