According to Gametracker, I have 246 hours on the server. I would say it seems about right as I started on I believe August 5th 2020 only going on a short LOA once.
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail:
According to AWarn, I have been warned twice.
The first warn on the list is written as “Failure to comply with GM during event.” This one I do recall, there was an event where troopers and Jedi were basically going crazy and turning on each other via miniature headcrabs. At the time I was focusing on killing the tiny headcrabs until I was kicked, when I returned I received the warning with the reason stated above. While I don't know for sure why I was kicked, my guess is that I got a message from the GM saying to turn on everyone but I must have not seen it or never got it. Though I don’t know for certain if that’s the case. I received this warn on August 29 of 2020, less than a month after I began playing on the server.
The second and final warn on the list has the reason “Don’t try to fly on a Recon Droid.” I received this warn on August 14 of 2020 and I swear I can not recall this one to save my life. Up until only recently I played Jedi exclusively and Jedi do not have access to the cert classes even if they have the certs. The only time I ever recall using a recon droid as my first trooper “Dark” was when I did my actual recon training. I have the recon cert on my trooper “Dark” however which I imagine I wouldn’t have if I was caught flying on a recon droid so for this one I really don’t know. I didn’t even realize I had this warning until the first time I had checked my warns.
As far as bans go I have not been banned before.

I do not have any previous experience as staff on GMOD

What can you bring to the Staff team?:
I plan to bring a template for creating campaigns named the Parallax Campaign Template to PR that features the following benefits among other things: Opportunity for tactics and strategy both before and during campaign missions thanks to two systems I plan to use called Threat and Hostile Presence, player decision making and deliberation that can affect how campaigns are handled and possibly lead to rewards/consequences that can carry over to other campaigns, potential to easily include greater story elements that stretch out over the course of 1 or more campaigns, campaign maps featuring up to 30 missions per campaign with freedom to choose where the Renegade goes on said maps as well as many more minor elements that aim to increase player enjoyment/immersion.
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
I’ve learned a lot during my time as a player on PR and have had a lot of fun. I want to use that knowledge I’ve gained to give back to the community and hopefully make events/campaigns that many other players can enjoy.
Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
I have spent months working on the Parallax Template with the help of friends and I believe that it has the potential to become something great for PR, as well as being something that PR currently doesn't have at all.

What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?
Fairness, a player should never look at a situation and feel like they were cheated or forced into one specific outcome during an event.
How often can you be online?:
Unless something comes up on any given day, I am currently available all days of the week from about 12pm-12am.
