thought I was doing a good job with the field marshalling, but I don't know, it's just different when you're not on the field.
Skewer: Rough, you're getting into some emotional shit right now and to save us both time don't get into that, start from the beginning of the mission and go from there.
Rough: Ok.. So we deployed under the city and just started waiting around and then we just started waiting y'know just waiting for the CIS to do something. Then I just got impatient said eh why not just get this over with so I called the troops topside so that they could properly prepare get their ordinance before the CIS started attacking. Knew the troopers were going to be in a hell hole anyway so I might as well just throw them into it then they jammed our comms for a little bit. Then once the troops fixed that for me, it was... smooth sailing from there.
Skewer: I wouldn't call it smooth sailing. That's not a word you wanna use as a mission advisor when describing a battle like that.
Rough: Really?
Skewer: Rough, you got a lot to learn as a mission advisor..... Not every mission's going to be this terrible spectacle, you know you really put on quite the spectacle Rough. There was so much lost on both sides it was really hard to discern if there was really a win at all for either side. It was a step in a better direction for us but it's definitely not something we want to repeat. If you catch what I'm saying.... Rough what I'm trying to get into you is that assault is not something the troopers should be experiencing day in and day out or easy for a trooper to take on mentally. And what are you doing during the mission?
