Troopers benefit from Jedi Skill trees.

Describe the Bug: If a trooper manages to get ahold of the Jedi Skill station, they can use their skill points to get benefits that they (I assume?) shouldn't be able to get.

How to Replicate (If Possible): Go to a skill station as a non-Jedi character and abuse it for yourself!

Semi-bug, I do want trooper skill trees but need to set up a less insane stat progression so they don't severely outclass CRs, that sorta thing can be really unfun when the game ends up needing to be balanced around people with max stats. Thank you for reporting though, gonna leave this here until I get around to looking at these stats
