Shadow
Project Game Master
In-Game Name: Shadow
Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:29934254
Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/id/colbyjames/
Age: 17 (18 August 11th)
Timezone: Eastern Standard Time
Hours Played on Server:
47 hours. (Somehow my previous time on the server was wiped. I got 47 hours since I came back around 4 weeks ago, maybe 5 weeks now. Before I was roughly up to 300+ hours in total. Although that was added from the previous times I was on the server, as I ended up in two long LOAs.)
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail:
No, I'm a good clone.
Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes state what server, positions and time period:
Yes, but I completely can't remember a thing now at all from that time. This was at least 3 years ago. Didn't last long either. Roughly 2 months.
Do you have experience with Server guard commands?
Nope, honestly could have used it before. Although I can't remember it.
What can you bring to the Staff team?:
I'm a very creative person and making lore or stories to things is something I love. If I am needed to be serious, I will be serious. If I can be funny for people, I will try to entertain them. The same goes for any events I host, I would love to make it enjoyable and entertaining for the people in the event. Although if it is a serious event, I will take it serious. I overall would bring a lot more media type event to the server. Some examples of what I mean are: Teaser Trailers, teaser images or in general actual full trailer videos for a event, (depends on the size of the event or scale of it).
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
I love making stories, lore, especially for star wars. As some of the people know that I normally hang out with while on the server during non-event moments, I talk about the backstory and lore of my character Shadow. I even go to the length of fully explaining why I have been inactive (MIA) for the Renegade. I also have many ideas of media use, as listed above on what can I bring to the staff team.
Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
My main goal is to provide an entertainment and provide opportunity for everyone to be able to participate in my stories. Although I joke around with many people, I lately have moved to be more strict during events. I also know I will have to face the challenges of my events or events I am assisting with don't go according to plans at all. Things happen, and plans will end up changing and adapting to a new situation.

What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?
Communication is a huge key factor to any operation (event). Without any communication a mission could very well go south easily. I myself have seen many battles lost by the lack of communication. Sometimes communication is lost by an enemy attack, others at the fault of low morale soldiers. Communication is the key factor in keeping everyone in check of their position, situation, and objective. Without communication, an army can't succeed in an mission with one hundred percent effectiveness.
How often can you be online?: 4 out of 7 days in a week. (Unless something comes up out of no where that I can't control.)
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes
Do you have a smartphone?: Yes
Please state one reference (optional): Rhodes, Unlucky, Mayfield, Nuke, Holiday, Axe, Pyro, Kowalski, and Dopler.
