Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period: no
Do you have any weighing responsibilities that can prevent you from maintaining activity i.e. -staff on other servers, jobs, school etc...: I am at college currently, but can still maintain activity.
Do you have experience with Simple admin commands?: yeah, SAM and ULX
To list a few, what do you think are your greatest strengths?: I like to get to know people. I try my best to not come off as an unfair person, and like to hear different people's opinions on different things
In Conjunction to the last question, what are you most weak at?: I'm not very creative (reason as to why I didn't choose to be a GM), and sometimes it can be difficult for me to say what I am thinking, but after some time I can properly explain what it is that I am thinking of saying.
For what purpose are you applying for Support staff?: I enjoy doing cert trainings, etc. but I always require someone to set it up for me. I wish I could do these things myself, and I want to be able to provide the kinds of things that allows people to enjoy the game.
What do you believe makes you stand out from other staff members/applicants?: Sometimes, people can to go to a situation with an angered demeanour, or have a bias. I allow people to explain their side, and try to not let my feelings towards either parties affect the situation. Sometimes, staff members can make situations worse, or make problems out of something that previously was not a problem. If I am required to come to a situation, I will try to come to an understanding with both of the people involved, and to not escalate whatever the problem is.
Are you good at taking criticism?: yeah, I have done a few things in life, such as: drumming, playing the guitar, making videos, etc., all of them require criticism & errors in order to improve.
How active can you be in a week? Hours & Days: 4-6 days, around 4-12 hours a day
