Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period:
Defcon Gaming: Administrator/GM 2019-2020
Do you have any weighing responsibilities that can prevent you from maintaining activity i.e. -staff on other servers, jobs, school etc...: I have a part-time job and some studies.
Do you have experience with Simple admin commands?: Yes
To list a few, what do you think are your greatest strengths?:
I work well with a team.
Good communication skills.
Levelheaded.
Consistency.
Friendly.
Lenient but can be tough when needed.
In Conjunction to the last question, what are you most weak at?: I can have problems thinking creatively, and I do better when I have a list of stuff to work on/with versus just finding issues and fixing them.
For what purpose are you applying for Support staff?: I want to be able to help out more around the server that I enjoy playing on and make the experience better for other players. I also would like to run sims for my battalion and others during downtime to keep the server more active.
(Optional) If your reason for applying was to accomadate change or fix something on the server, what would that be and how would you go about doing so?:
What do you believe makes you stand out from other staff members/applicants?: I believe my level of activity and my maturity will set me apart. My prior experience and clean track record also show I am capable of holding a position such as this.
Are you good at taking criticism?: Yes I prefer to learn from mistakes.
How active can you be in a week? Hours & Days: I can be active for 2-3 hours a day, 5 days a week, while also being willing to be on standby on the off chance a staff member is needed.
